Payment Terms

1. Deposit Payment: When booking a jungle trek, a deposit payment is required to secure your reservation. The amount of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking.

2. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card. Payment instructions will be provided during the booking process.

3. Payment Confirmation: Upon successful payment of the deposit, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Please ensure you provide a valid email address during the booking process.

No Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposit payments made to Aqua Code Web Solutions for jungle trek bookings are non-refundable. Once a deposit is processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Commitment to Service: We are committed to providing you with a memorable jungle trekking experience. However, due to the nature of the service and the costs involved in preparation, we cannot offer refunds for deposit payments.

1. Customer Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your jungle trek, please note that the deposit payment is non-refundable. We recommend considering rescheduling as an alternative.
